Welcome to my Website
This site has been designed with my teen students in mind, so it is mainly an educational tool.
Here you will find information, texts, some grammar, a few songs, an assortment of links, video; actually, you will find what you can expect plus a few other things.
English teachers, at least this one, like asking students personal questions when they are taking their oral exams, and I have noticed that teenagers tend to be honest. So here you can also find something about me, even if in quite an oblique way, through two of my passions: travel and photography. They are my journey in the realm of human nature.
You will also find information about the student exchange with Tibble Gymnasium in Täby, Sweden, which I have had the privilege to coordinate, with a brief pause, since 2003. I have also been a mentor responsible for the preparation and follow-up of COMENIUS Individual Pupil Mobility actions (CIPM) since 2010.
I received my PhD in English Linguistics from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 2001 and I am currently an English teacher at IES "Nosa Señora dos Ollos Grandes" in Lugo, Spain.
